Z-P mission 4 part 2

Information Is Key part 2

Cameron bolted out into the hallway slamming her door shut after her. As she made her way through  the hallway she passed by Zaine with Kareima, Skyler, and Delfina. Zaine turned his head to look at Cameron who flew passed him making him stop in mid stride causing Delfina to collide with into him.

"Was that one of the new recruits?"  

"Does it matter Zaine, don't just randomly stop in front of us" Skyler grumbled. Zaine simply ignored her and continued on.

Cameron run throughout out the base and into the area outside of the base which was a vast forest of trees and bushes. Finally reaching her designation, she place her hands on her knees and gasped for air. Cameron looked back up to see a decent side group of her fellow cohorts. There stood Sharon, Eris, Dom, Zach, Hyde, Kiyona, and Mat they look like they were waiting for her. Cameron didn't like that feeling of holding people up so she went up to Sharon to get a quick brief on the mission.

"Um Sharon, this note it tells me very little and then a funny code underneath?" Cameron held out the note.

"Oh that well, the mission is to get the fire heart sibling's journal they content vast information on them and the code--" Sharon was interrupted by Mat

"Let me see that" Mat snatched the note from Cameron and gaze upon it then returned it to her "You'll be with Dom, Eris, and me Cameron"

"With your group? Are we splitting up in groups?!" Cameron was having some clues on what was going on now.

"Well yeah we are splitting up to tiny groups makes it easier for us to sneak in" Mat nodded

"Okay then were do we begin?" Cameron shrugged.

Meanwhile

Von, Sander, Hector, and Riley were helping out Katie, Claudia, and Paavo in rescuing Wade. They were walking back from successfully completing the mission and were heading back to the base.  The group walked down a bushy path, Katie was bugging Wade while Claudia was talking with Paavo about the mission, Sanders, Hector, and Riley were laughing about what all happened. Von however  grumbled as he was the so called bait to distract some of the tames. A rustle could be heard from one of the bushes and the group grew silent to see what it was. From out of the bushes a scorpion infected came out and the group stared as it walked towards them.

"Is she a tamed?!" Sander shuddered

"No if she was a tamed she would be coming after us much faster then that" Katie replied

"A stray then?" Riley questioned

"Perhaps" Katie answered

The scorpion infected continued to walk towards them but eventually collapses before she could fall face first to the ground Von rushed over and grabbed her. In that moment she shifted her form into a human  form. She had nice blonde hair and lovely body that most of the boys smiled when they saw she barely had anything on besides a bra and underwear.

"Should we take her back to the base?" Hector  questioned

"Might as well, Lavvy will want to see her" Katie nodded and with that the group continued on with both the recently rescued Wade and newly found scorpion infected.

Back to the mission

Dom, Eris, Mat, and Cameron waited behind some bushes that were close by one GG bases, the one that was holding the Fireheart siblings.

"Do you really think this plan is gonna work?" Cameron question Mat on this as Mat proclaim that he would be leader of Group Infiltrate.

"Of course it will" Mat boosted as he grabbed one of Hector's inventions and plugged it into his ear.  This invention work like many of those security earpieces that relay messages to those with other earpieces.  "This is Alpha Rabbit calling Delta Wolf come in" Mat spoke into it.

"Mat those codenames are silly, anyways we are in position though I feel like we should have made some changes to this plan"  Hyde sighed. Beside him stood Sharon in a beautiful gown that look slightly awkward with her build while Hyde wore a nice black tux. They were part of Group Distraction, luckily for them the base was holding some kind of ball and Hyde had a ticket for it. There plan is to sneak in as guest to this ball and divert attention away from Group Infiltrate.

"I hope this works" Sharon chuckled nervously

"Fingers crossed" Hyde whispered

Luckily for them when they got to the door they show the ticket, the guard looked at them then the ticket and then back to them, shaking his head he let the two in.

"I guess they got in niceee~"  Mat whispered while Dom,  and Eris sighed.

Cameron grumbled and whispered to Dom and Eris that they should go ahead without Mat. Eris and Dom agreed and the three sneaked away from Mat. They made there way to the side of the base, Eris looked up and notice a vent cover "We could use that couldn't we?".

"Yes we can Eris are you able to reach?" Cameron questioned

"I can fly my dear" Eris giggled as she shifted into her symbiote from and flew up to the vent dismantling it.

"Great work Eris" Cameron replied back

"I can get you up there Cameron, you are the smallest of us and you can scope the areas out" Dom noted

Cameron agreed and Dom helped her up and into the vent. She shifted into her symbiote from and softly made her way through the vents. While her objective was to scope out the area, she noticed a few rooms that were empty. Cameron had a gut feeling it was some of the sibling's rooms and if it was their rooms there laid their journals. She noticed one of the vents opened up in one of the rooms, she made her way through and down into the room. It was a woman's room though it was hard to tell as it filled with more neutral things. Cameron looked around and notice a bed stand by the bed, she pulled the cubby out and saw the journal written with 'Nyra's Journal'. Cameron grinned and looked around to see no one around, she went ahead and snatched it.  Cameron pondered a little bit at what was in the journal and decided that a little peek wouldn't hurt anyone. As she flipped open the book a voice could be heard behind her  "You know you have real guts coming in here and reading though that journal of mine".

Cameron gulped as she slowly turn to look into the eyes of Nyra Fireheart "You have a very lovely journal Nyra, I guess I better be going"

Nyra growled and cracked her knuckles "You little Harmony rodent you--" before Nyra could finished Cameron dashed from under Nyra's legs with book in hand and into the hallway outside. Alarms were set off and now Cameron was on a mad crazy race to get out of that base with her body intact. Behind her were Reapers, Archangels , and Nyra herself in her symbiote form. Cameron was slightly ahead of them but a ways in front of her  was Manuel Fireheart who was also looking for something of his. Cameron shrieked as she seen Manuel grinned with his arms held out to catch Cameron. In a last minute attempt to evade him, Cameron throw Nyra's journal at Manuel's groan making him collapse to the ground in pain. Cameron snatched the book again and managed to dash off.

She approached two big door and didn't put much thought into it as she opened the doors and entered. It was the ballroom, many of the guest stared at her, Hyde and Sharon just face palmed. Cameron chuckled and then as she looked back she could see Manuel in his symbiote form as well as Nyra slightly behind him with a army of Archangels and Reapers. Sharon ripped her gown off to reveal her usual battle garb beneath it attempted to hold Manuel back while Hyde attempted to hold Nyra back. Zach, and Kiyoma came in to help and proceed to hold the two Firehearts back. Zach looked over to Cameron "Get going we'll handle them get to the base". Cameron nodded and hurried off with the book in her hand finally getting out of the base and into the woods.

Cameron gasped as she managed to get to the entrance of the Harmony base, clear from any enemies. She saw Mat, Eris, and Dom waiting there.

"I'm sorry I messed the mission up but…I did get one of the journals" Cameron sighed

"You shouldn't have ran off without me" Mat grumbled

"I know, I know I was foolish" Cameron pouted

"Whatever we got the rest" Mat grinned as he held up Manuel's Journal, Eris held up Fyona's, and Dom held up Cody's.

Zach, Kiyoma, Hyde, and Sharon made there way back with some scratches and bruises. Zach left a hearty laugh telling how the rest of them got out safely. Apparently Manuel got tick enough that he try to ram into Sharon and Zach but somehow missed and ran into the ballroom's stage knocking over all sorts of stuff on themselves enabling the group to flee without worry. The entire group started to laugh at the story and they made there way into the base.

Mat, Dom, Eris, and Cameron walked into Lavvy's room to report that they found the journals. Lavvy took the books and looked over them.

"They are indeed are the journals" Lavvy noted

"Then we did good" Mat said proud fully

"But…" Lavvy mumbled

"But what?" Cameron replied in confusion

"The mess you guys cause might have risk our location but luckily the others managed to hold the group back." Lavvy growled " So your punishment will be a week long training session with me would that be fun~"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" the group cried out in horror.
